I called to Cooke Opticians today without an appointment, as it happened there was a space at the store. The arm of my sunglasses was bent by my 1 year old child and the lady explained how it could be repaired. She returned in no time at all, asked me to check the glasses and they were perfect. She gave me a cloth for the glasses and told me to have a nice day. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was so pleased with the service today, I was compelled to let you know what a great job you’re doing
